I had zero patients for those  idiots, any money they lose or whatever I think they deserve the worse customer service in the entire industry

When I say this I mean the entire industry.

Do some research and find out what is the growing industry in your area, be it autos, tech, medical, etc. and then contact the real estate division of those companies to see if they are thinking of expanding. 

My professional background has been in retail banking with TD Bank, commercial real estate with Cushman & Wakefield, and investment banking with a boutique investment bank specialized in Airlines, Aviation Services, Aerospace & Industrials.

This is an industry of people management. 

Much of the area has appreciated pretty rapidly the past few years, so great deals are getting harder to find and some retail buyers are being forced into rentals.

I would recommend attending local real estate clubs and network with others in the industry.

@David Krulac  Thank you David, I was just thinking on Christmas day how great this industry has been to me, and how much fun I have on BP and the thought occurred to me.
