Hi, I'm a new member from St Pete, Florida. My goal is to buy and hold rental property to supplement my income and have a better retirement in about five years. Looking for any help I can get to learn the area.

I moved to FL only two years ago. Lived in Virginia for almost 20 years, where I still own a rental property that has been a great investment. Hope to buy 3-4 properties (hopefully in St Pete). Thanks!
