Tenant cloud is probably the cheapest option out there.

You will then have a few options with that rent money....you can put it into principal or you can start saving it to purchase yet another property.

There is no option to do this with an LLC.

We don't feel comfortable about houseflipping because we have never done it and rather have a safer option.

The only other option if buying turnkey is to do a small portfolio loan.

The drivable option will be less expensive and make your life better. 

We will consider all options that we can.  

I did my own taxes last year and that is absolutely not an option this year lol.

they are bit more on the expensive side, but dont use wifi and are more durable then the regular keyless door entries. this ensures that guests can always get in and out even if there is a power outage.
