There is a really nice mobile park that is better than some resorts that may have something close to that price and allows rentals- it's about 20 minutes norht of Key West.Dawn McComish Hello all!

We recently stayed at a resort in Scottsdale AZ that had a neat feature - when you walking into your room for the first time the TVs came on with a welcome screen with our names and a list of the features available at the resort, with links for each....Don't know how they did it, but it was kinda neat.....

FOr example, two major players in the HML space have shut their doors completely, gone out of business, because the secondary market is as thirsty as it once was for these loans or their warehouse lines of credit dry up.

Once you have that criteria then you get 90% of the purchase price and of course always 100% of rehab costs.Now you get to be a player in that 300k - 400k real estate because you'll get 90% of the purchase and you've done a few flips and have some money.
