Until you begin onboarding new clients, I would focus on creating a welcome guide to outline your services, procedures and policies.

If the vehicle is a private passenger (sedan, coupe, etc.) it is even higher under the business auto rates.If you are the only one driving it for business (no employees) and you are using it for back and forth to the Job Site/Property, there are some Personal Auto policies that will allow for that business use.  

They have touchy, picky macerator toilets; many areas and marinas are strict (NDZ) no discharge zones so you can't use an onboard waste treatment system - instead you have to use a tank and have regular pump outs.
