Obviously they're selling their property at a significant discount so their rational strategic mental processing might not be the strongest at that point in their life, but I wouldn't say they're stupid, they are just motivated.

For the life of me I can not remember the name of the Stone Supplier, but they have all the samples there in teh show room, they will then pull out slabs of the ones you like and will take you into the warehouse to choose.I want to say the name was Park Stone.

I missed your post or I would have answered sooner.In the situation you described where you would wholesale a property from a wholesaler, the procedure would depend on if it was before closing or not.If it was before closing and I was double closing, the person I was double closing to could use an assignment of contract to assign the property to someone else (the original contract is not altered).If it was before closing and I was assigning the contract, the person I assigned it to could double close the property to someone else.Now I am avoiding the idea of a double assignment (the person I assigned it to assigns it to someone else) only because I have never done one and have never consulted an attorney or title company to find out if that's possible.

hi all,i am looking to start a new phase of my life and i thought that property investment and managment would be a great way for me to earn a living.i have been crunching numbers, and putting together senarios, and believing that a goal of $1,000,000 worth of of the right properties would make a good living for the immediate future.provided i do my dd and using a starting cost of 1,000,000,is it posible to buy these properties with 50,000 as leverage?

You will also need to analyze such things as the demographics of the area, the building's major components, to see what major systems may be beyond it's useful life, like the water heaters, etc..There's just so much to analyze that I would need to see the actual deal to say if I would personally buy it.

spending a few hours on a rei website will do little toward improving your goal achievement position.this rei stuff is like an awakening for alot of people...it may even last for 3 or 5 months...but if you don't commit to it and either buddy with someone who's done it, or push yourself to do it, you're interest will drop off and you'll end up just not doing anything.if you want to change your life, half measures won't cut it.

It's the stupidest thing you could ever do if you want to get anywhere in life and not have you own student loans left at the time when you need to pay for your own kids college ;-)So why not instead spend $250 + $35 to learn from two of the best and brightest in the industry.
