A mom and pop size organization? 

I have four sfh rentals in one neighborhood in Gainesville, Florida.

Transient traffic can make for an unsafe neighborhood for neighbors as they no longer recognize "regulars" to the neighborhood...traffic...blah blah blah...the good side? 

If it's a larger organization, feel free to inquire about their different staff qualifications.2.

Make sure the neighborhood is something you like and the market is one where you see promise!

Let’s say we find a 4-Plex in a neighborhood that I’m interested in.

I currently live in Baltimore with my wife, baby and dog.I purchased my first home as a primary residence in the Canton neighborhood of Baltimore in 2012.

@Naomi Pinger is the organizer and I think the next one will take place in January due to the Holidays. 

Then we often time the leases to end in the Summer.....rent in Feburary you might get a 16month lease....etc.I think these days with the shortage of inventory in DFW it would be tough to time the market on a purchase and a rental and think you are going to either save a bunch of money on the purchase or rent for a lot more by waiting for a certain timing.There sure seem to be a lot of expensive rentals on the market right now, so buy as cheap as you can stand in the neighborhoods you feel comfortable with.

I bought a property in south Philadelphia from Castle Rock REO...I’m not sure if they are the same organization, but if they are, they were a pleasure to work with.
