The inspector inspected pretty much everything including foundation, under crawl space for any mold or other issues.

Throughout the whole inspection he mentioned no mold but just mildew in some places.

The final step would be to schedule an appointment with the building inspector to come out, inspect, and then sign off on the work.  

Hi ALL,Does anyone know a reputable company that can do a full due diligence physical inspection for a 15 unit apartment?

Also, before purchasing should/could we hire someone to inspect the home to really let us know what needs to be fixed and if the purchase is worth it?

We won by having the best terms (short inspection period, quick close, etc.)
