I was lucky and I survived and flourished but there were lots of times during where I thought I was screwed.While the reward was pretty great, the risk was huge, and I would definitely not do it again unless for some reason I really, really needed the money. 

Again, not legal advice here, but general recommendations - get an attorney to write it up.

It was definitely worth it.

They definitely dropped the ball and Scott has worked hard to try and remedy the sutuation, although their loan structures changed in the middle.of my deal, and theres not much that can be done now.

I definitely plan on paying for the pro version (it’s like $75 a year or something).
