Is this a lot more difficult?
Everybody keeps saying it is a numbers game. Is it better to constantly reach out to motivated seller leads or have motivated sellers reaching out to me? The only ways I can think of to have motivated sellers reaching out to me is through bandit signs, business cards, or websites. My bandit signs usually get taken down. Not sure the best places to leave business cards to attract potential motivated seller leads.
