I’m sure others are way better at this than me, but I find I don’t make that much more than if it was a regular rental once you factor in the 17.75 percent taxes you pay plus utilities and internet plus the cost of hard and soft furnishings that have to be replaced periodically.

On my last 2020 Rental Registration form I reported $512/Month only Sewage paid by landlord.Due to tenants always arguing about paying their share of bills (utilities and internet), I decided to pay all bills and added a paragraph to the lease contract stating tenants will pay $113/month to cover all bills.
