Hello BiggerPockets Community! My name is Justin Sabio and I am from Vineland, New Jersey. Recently, I have found my passion in investing real estate. Before I start beginning the process of it, I would appreciate everyone's knowledge that I can soak up so I can become successful as you guys. I've put in multiple hours of studying into this such as looking over many surfaces of the internet. YouTubers has made me gained knowledge tremendously! But before I start, I want to actually get more into detail of wholesale investing. Let me know all the vocabulary that I need!
