That last message of mine was sent 9 days ago.I had an offer in on this deal but didn't have it under contract yet, that was part of my hesitation in sending a deal to someone I had just met on the internet, and it getting further passed along to someone/a lender I didn't even know the name of.I hope I have not offended anyone.

He did not have to search the internet to try and find a good deal and risk being stuck managing a foreclosure, he got 8.5% for 12 months and can extend once he is comfortable, if he wants, but with no obligation.When we sell a series of front end payments any remaining payments go to us after the contract term is up and our investor is fully paid so we have an interest in making sure the note fully performs.
