Typically rehabs are less impressive but the outsale is impressive just based on the community as a whole.

I used street view and was impressed by the area. 

Other than that, stuff like Brandon said for sure, curb appeal makes the biggest impact, and it's not that expensive, so get it clean and the lawn in good order and you'll make the best first impression.
