Your basic choices are to go with either industry specific website builders like Carrot and Lead Propeller, generic website builders like Wix or Square Space, or build your site yourself with something like WordPress.Unless you have website building experience or are technically inclined with some free time to learn, I'd recommend either Carrot or Lead Propeller.

Afterward, if you have the time and patience to write letters and build an email list and whatever, you can do that to supplement your marketing efforts.Feel free to contact me if you want more information! 

They usually give you a generic approval letter based on the information you have told them and you showing them you have some money to cover their requirements.

That course had a video tape of people who invested in liens and those were interesting to watch - but overall the course was too generic since it could not cover every state or county. 

The BP tools are rather generic and "pedestrian"...we use VBA code to run algorithms specific to our investment criteria and market...it's really all relative and local...it's hard to assign generic proforma assumptions across markets.
