Hey I'm virtual wholesaling and have a lead in Texas, I just now realized that wholesaling laws are different in every state, is it illegal in Texas to do a whole deal?

@Kevin Blouse I almost never like the big banks....timing is often very tough....people in the branches take the application but then send it away to some virtual place that does not answer the phone or respond to emails.

I suspect that as restrictions start getting lifted and we start to legally be able to have actual open houses instead of virtual....there will be a glut of properties come on the market at ridiculously high prices because people will see what their neighbor's property sold for in June and July and the seller's will think they can get a price higher than that.
