Often popcorn, orange peel or other textures are put on drywall in lieu of extensive drywall finishing.

Extensions usually cost an additional point for 3 months.

If I overextend a roof, I risk doing some extensive damage to the dwelling and I may not know it's happening until after it's been happening for some time and a lot of damage has occurred.

But in commercial real estate your risk is lowered extensively by doing proper analysis of properties and only moving forward with the ones that are numerically "Good Deals."

Many of the homes are old and require TLC and some require extensive rehabbing.
