I'm in the Air Force stationed at Scott AFB, and I am really enjoying the STL market. 

I really enjoy working with computers/technology, hiking, and running.I don't have much experience in real estate, although I have made a few offers on houses in the past, if that counts for anything.

Because of the large membership enjoyed by the organization, they are able to speak with a loud voice on behalf of their members.You can absolutely get reliable property information on any recorded property in the United States.  

I'm new to this, but I really enjoy playing with the numbers. 

I own many notes myself and enjoy the passive process.

Then when you come for vacation enjoy a nice hotel and you can write off the cost of the hotel as a business expense since you are checking out your investment :)

Expecting my first child/daughter any day now and want to position myself to enjoy watching her grow up and not having to spend my time away from her at an 8-5.
