Newbie From Winston-Salem, NC

Hello all!

My name is Josh Kellum. I'm 24 years old living in Winston-Salem, NC. Being new to the REI world, I am looking to start building a network of connections. My plan is to start wholesaling to build capital and knowledge. Once I have enough capital, I plan on investing in a multi-family property. Long term plans include owning some residential rental properties, flipping and owning some commercial properties as well. If anyone around the area would like to meet up or if I can help your business in any way, please let me know! I am like a sponge and have the ability to soak up a wealth of knowledge in short time. Quick learner, able to take criticism, ambitious and hard-working are all qualities I can bring to the table. Expecting my first child/daughter any day now and want to position myself to enjoy watching her grow up and not having to spend my time away from her at an 8-5. Thank you and I'm so excited to be apart of this community!
