@Maria De La VegaIf you terminating a month-to-month lease; you must follow your state/local laws (in Florida it is 15 days, and I believe it is 30 days in California). 

I heard we can apply for a short term permit here https://www.austintexas.gov/de... and that it's not that hard to get one. 

For example, I live closest to Maryland and Delaware beaches (Ocean City MD, Lewes, DE, Bethany beach, DE, etc.) however, these areas only have strong tourism during summer months (May-August).

Anyone looking for rental properties in the Wilmington DE area?

Whereas my other LTR rentals B,C,D,E etc, can accumulate/share deductions and losses , as well as carry over.
