For someone aspiring to become their own boss and looking to run an INDEPENDENT business where that business can borrow as needed from a lender, what entity structure is ideal?

Im starting a meetup, opening an office and studio, and will be buying multifamily and development projects locally and in surrounding areas and Im looking to network with all kinds of people that are on similar paths. 

I would suggest that if someone wants to enter Detroit market take at your own risk two trips: flight/car/meals/hotels to know the city, its people, the neighborhoods and develop local connections!

As I understand, OR requires a developers license and a GC license in order to build property!

Over the last few years of investing, the one thing that I have learned is that whatever “plan” you may develop, the only certainty is that there will be a bump in the road.  

There development going on all over town.

My primary interest here on BP is that of becoming a flipper/rehabber; I love the idea of taking something less ideal and making it beautiful for a family to live in and make great memories there.

Ideally I would like to invest in the area I live, the city of Philadelphia Or anywhere in the Tri-State area (PA,NJ,DE).

The new Mercedes-Benz stadium (home of the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United soccer) opened a year ago, mix-use developments are being built everywhere, restaurants, etc.

Seller financing: I like the idea of cover to a seller with multiple offers but I’m struggling to develop a 3-offer system.
