Interested in Mobile Home Parks

That's why, so far, all my property flips have been in FL, IN, and (as of this week) TX.There are many mobile home parks in Idaho.  

new to the site and mobile home investing and wondering if this is a good deal. 2 single wide mobile homes on separate lots. one 1.1 acres, the other 5.61 acres.

Fortunately, I've learned a lot and am now trying to put all the pieces together.Due to current situation, I've targeted Mobile Homes (have been following @JohnFedro) and straight wholesaling of traditional homes.Any advise on which to focus on?

We own a mobile home on a rented lot that we have rented out for years.

Buyers performance on parcel B is secured with a 2nd mortgage (note and deed of trust) against parcel A - with an cancellation clause for seller without penalty or payment within 6mo.Own both parcels outright, no houses on parcel A, renter owns a mobile home on parcel B and the contract stipulates they can finish their lease on parcel B.Does this appear to be a secure approach with parcel B? 

Do it . . . if it catches on, perhaps we can dedicate more space here for it.  

They are dedicated to subsidizing it indefinitely under the facade of fake reforms with Greece has no intention of making.

My best friend and I are coming up with a plan in real estate and its best to start early both @ 21 we are eager to learn, dedicated, and hungry.
