Landlord/Tenant Eviction In Alabama

We own a mobile home on a rented lot that we have rented out for years. The current management wants it moved for no other reason than she doesn't like my husband and it is old. They have bullied him and threatened to remove it themselves if he does not. They have slipped and said they are losing money, because they already have plans to put a newer mobile home on the lot and rent it. They have taken over for an ailing owner. The mobile home is grandfathered in. There has never been a written lease. Can't find an attorney to give legal advice or help. What can we do ?
