@Brandon PennI dont know what docket sheets are, how to check them or what inform I need to check them.Is there a sheet I print out from somewhere and have them fill it out, than I look it up on some website?

The parking lot might have had a re-coat and seal to help with cracking but once it gets so much deterioration the parking lot needs to be milled down and redone.New roof and parking lot that size of a building can be hundreds of thousands of dollars to replace.

Also have had very old copper plumbing joints fall apart especially if they used the thin gauge Cu pipe.Basically the kid using the shutoff that caused the break was proactive to say the least in identifying a problem you would have had later if you ever had to use the shutoffs yourself.But we were lucky when the same kid decided to use the wrong sized screws for the new sub flooring....
