Personally, I decided to go with the business name but it says "ask for Jeff."

The home backs up to a busy road and I think $500k is a realistic hard cap on pricing for quite a while.  

This week I received my first negative review from a guest.I understand that this is part of the business, but I'm just wondering what coping mechanisms does everyone revert to when this happens?
