One of the common areas of concern for HELOCs I see out there is the 10 year maturity date and the adjustable rate. 

Your concern is not with the situation and trying to feel sorry for one party over the others.

Hi Daniel, if your looking for rentals make sure to look at the percentage return on your money, but some of the other cities outside of Austin may offer lower priced properties if that is a concern.
