Once done, a competent CPA will quite often be able to file your S Corp and properly register it with the IRS.However, I've seen many occasions where I've had to go in afterwards and clean up the mess from improper filings.

Also, most RV parks are master metered for electric, so that will be different than a typical MH park.  

Let me start off with I am a self employed electrical Residential contractor.

Needs cleaned up and you can put up barriers and use mortar to fix a lot of that water problem .
