If you are having an issue refinancing; you want to make sure you have some breathing room.

There are so many so be sure to filter by your location.

If I'm in your shoes, I definitely recommend checking out some local meetups in your area as that's where investors will filter in & out of.

Lots of people likely look at the price of the unit or even filter search results by price.

Try adding larger towns that are you willing to go to, many of us have keywords set up as filters and that may help trigger some responses in the area(s) you are in. 

Applicants that refuse any of these, usually aren't good pet owners and filter themselves out!

I would make sure you have access to all of your accounts and filter the payments into your joint account and keep control of the majority of your money. 

When our lenders now pull your bureau the first words out of their mouths, (IF the application even gets past the major blemish filter), is "These folks can't pay for the roof over their heads and they're looking to get a shiny new car?!?!   

I do have a question about lists and how to use them.Once I make a list, either via filtering or driving for dollars, I'd like to skip trace them.
