You have the right to get documentation that the tenant has a disability and a disability-related need for the service animal - which he provided.You don't have to allow one if it will cause undue burden either administratively or financially - you probably can't prove this one.BUT, you don't have to allow such a huge aquarium.

The one caveat that has already been mentioned is if you leave (or lose) your job you must pay the loan back within about 60-90 days, depending on your pan administrator's rules.Happy hunting!
