If you find someone local in the Charlotte area you might be able to work a deal where you lend an experienced investor some money, make some interest, but also have them mentor you in the process they follow from start to finish in using your money to acquire an income producing asset. 

I am purchasing an investment property to flip and there is a permanent driveway easement (10' section to the right of the property) that grants property where i'm purchasing access to driveway (it is not shared with neighbor). 

For example, CA denies you access to the courts if you are doing business there and do not register your foreign LLC.

I honestly don't know the first thing about new construction homes and ive only done a few rehabs but I id guess that if no money has to be paid to acquire the land then there should be plenty of equity to be had.
