@Mylon Jones sounds like a great property but this web site has a form for advertising services and properties, I would post it there because I believe BiggerPockets has rules regarding advertising in places other than that spot.

I did a quick lookup on that specific Parcel ID using the Centre County Web Information Access tool and found who owns the property and what they paid.  

@David M. i made that move and got my licences and sign on with a broker, my mane reason was to get access to the mls so i could run comps accurately and trend neighborhoods so after all the monthly fees for access to mls, lock box app, legal fees, national association of realtors fees and continue education to keep the license it not at all worth it, plus it's a hurdel trying to keep everything separate plus most realtor dont even wont to understand the concept of wholesaleing and flipping contracts there going to.swear.your breaking the law or doing something unethical, if i knew what I know now no i wouldn't do it, just get the Homesnap app, EZ Data web sight, i did sell a couple homes to my friends and family what a nightmare dont do any business with friends or family

If you do the online version then there is no need for the virtual desktop because you can get to it from any machine with internet and a web browser.

D4$ is a game of numbers, I have used the app dealmachine that does a pretty good job of keeping you from searching tax records, the web site "truepeoplesearch.com" can find phone, and some times an email address. 

I've been building a web app that will hopefully help with a lot of real estate prospecting in general.

We would encourage it...Marketing means... getting the word out and with the proliferation of the internet, a web presence is critical.
