Where were the art galleries you visited?

We recently visited the homes and it was glaringly obvious they needed trimming in a bad way and one of them was actually dead and at risk of falling on the house.

I have tried yellowletters mailing campaign in the past which resulted in visiting a few properties, one offer and no deal.I was wonderig, in your opinion, what has been the most effective lead generation (least time commitment, least money, and most results)?

He is why we moved here to Clarksville Tennessee, we came for a christmas visit, and what I saw of the Real Estate market really gave me a much needed reason to live instead of scratching to survive- we decided to sell our farm we had a bad rent to own person in- he had breached the contract in every possible way, for about 3 years, but we were busy battling in court saving our daughters from a cult they 'just knew god wanted them in', so we did not have the time money or location to fight with him- when I finally called him to tell him out- he announced, "but I sold it!"

I would also highly recommend flying out to visit.

Back in '89 when Russia opened up,  my son wanted to join his class and visit St Petersburg - - and of course came to dad for support.In an effort to be supportive and yet to teach the value of assets, I asked him when he was going to make some progress on restoring the '57 Belair in the driveway.
