What they said plus ask for verification of the alarm and turn in to your insurance company to get a discount on your insurance. also have them add you as an emergency contact so you can be notified if there's a break in.

For this year, I used a realtor to find winter tenants because I had a rough rehab with long vacancy so I used their screening process (met tenants during showings, credit reports, income verification, etc.) but I will be using RentRedi for screening and doing it on my own next winter. 2 units - 9/15 to 4/30 & 10/1 to 4/30.
