Hello everyone,I am starting my RE investment journey and after a lot of market research, I decided to start investing in Toledo.

However, it was definitely not the right marketing channel for my market.

Reason I ask is the market rents are way higher in the area and the asking price does work with currents. 

The interest rates are definitely making it a hard market to get into.
