Well, last time I checked, they are not available through Amazon Prime that I can place an order and get delivered in 2 days.

It's different than getting a P.O. box at the post office, since private company carriers such as FedEx or UPS won't deliver to a P.O. box, but will deliver to those shipping/mailbox places.

You might be able to get those delivered for about the same cost as snail mail, just a suggestion.If you find anything to wholesale in the Denver area please let me know

I'm guessing elsewhere you literally stated the the home must be delivered vacant, not just the seller gives the tenant notice.  

I have Pre Fab storage containers homes that can delivered to you. 

I was able to find a property in Hawthorne (separate city without rent control) that had 3 units occupied and one unit (3 bedroom house) was delivered vacant because the seller was living there.

You decide on the market based on the financial criteria that comes from you plan based on the best strategy that will deliver that criteria.
