With you being in Florida I would recommend you invest as close as possible to home as possible.  

I recommend that you consult with a tax accountant specializing in real estate taxation.

Or are there tiers (such as the highest tier) in the program where a Lead will just say “Here’s the properties I recommend” and all the member has to do is choose what they want to invest in?

Paul as a local, but wouldn't recommend it for someone investing out of state.
