@Jordan Moorhead thank you. of course i always try to remain curteous of business hours. i try to get my phone calls out and follow up next day. i actually finally got a response from 1 guy and he only responded abour 1/3 properties that i told him id be willing to buy all 3 at the same time (with proof of funds). lol it took him 1 business week and a Saturday for that, wow!

@Jordan Gutierrez I personally wouldnt worry about student loans right now, obviously still pay them and pay more than the min if you can. i worked as an appraiser assistant when i first started. typically pay for that is not great but my office pays a decent salary with benefits. the catch for me was that i learned how to pull comps, made connections, can do a full length property analysis & appraisal report, and had access to the mls for free.

So, it's still kind of up in the air as to the asset protection seemingly offered by the S-LLC.
