I’m thinking about posting an ad on Upwork and seeing if I can find someone to handle the repetitive computer and phone work tasks virtually.

Think of it this way, you're basically risking your financial future on the bet that with virtually no experience you'll be able to build a spec house and make a solid six figure margin, something seasoned pros rarely manage, on the first try.

The experience is now virtual to meet, going on trips, instead of just staying in close proximity.
