Most people are looking along the blue line, or southwest.

Blue collar subs are good also like Parma and Euclid, but a good BRRRR can really be performed in any area with the right purchase price, keeping rehab costs low, and ensuring you can finance out of it as quickly as possible. 

Example: Pensacola has a Blue Angels Airshow each summer.
