Benjamin, you CAN actually have more than one VA loan, as long as the new VA loan will be the veteran's primary residence.

If the property is vacant, I either send a lockbox to the owner or arrange for the photographer to place it on the property.

For an ADU where the owner resides in the main house and the detached unit is listed, you might lose your favorable property tax treatment such as for Veterans or Seniors.
