That one fell through but I already had my second under contract which ended up being perfect and has been a great investment.Bonus to doing this, when my current property became available the realtor I continued working with did a tour of the property with me through skype before I flew back out for an official inspection. 

You may be able to find investors willing to let you your tour their renovations in your area by networking here...

Also, there is a school owned by the city that is in the UB South area that I can't stop thinking about that I toured last year.

Park skiing and freeride are what I do for now, though I did just get a touring setup and am going to give that a go this year. 

I toured my small apartment complex before it went on the market, made an offer, seller turned it down, broker put it on loopnet, and I purchased it a month or two later and it's a fantastic deal.

He took us to tour a few sites.

They are unemployed since they are snorkel tour guides and no travel is allowed. 

You really have to get hold of a local realtor in Chicago and tour the area.
