I can save up money for another down payment but that may take some time.

Earlier this year an inspector saved me a potential $20,000 headache by finding that the septic box had breached, and needed to be replaced or else the back yard would likely be a sewage pit in less than a year.

I'd save my money for investing instead of this group and read up on biggerpockets for free...

The last part of my plan is to be able to retire/purchase my dream property, however my dream property is a farm and that can get pretty pricey.

Good morning Max,A realtor can save you tons of time from doing your own research trying to find listings already on the market.

We could have finished this place in 3-4 months, and saved about 10K in holding costs and lost rents by having someone else working during the week.
