(just curious)Check out this for crime mapping: https://www.crimemapping.com/map/location/08401,%2...In my opinion, the radius around Albany ave and Atlantic Ave are good areas for investment purposes (good amount of development, bars, university, restaurants, laundry, etc...)Check out the Chelsea district, around the vacant baseball stadium...I believe this area will begin to flourish within the next couple of years similar to the development being done on the Tennessee ave block. 

Things may be good now but what if GM happens to shut down the plant they owned for 50+ years in the town(aka recent events)? 

For reasons outside of a major employer shutting down in town?

Also call the utility companies to advise them of the pending eviction, and request they shut off the gas and electric and water immediately if their bill is delinquent. 

All mom and pops shops & restaurant.

This rule shut us down mid project and cost us many 10s of thousands of dollars.

I have a commercial property and the business owner/tenant called me last week and said he had a busted pipe and that the city came out and shut off his water. 

When I mention anything related to personal finances he completely shuts down.
