I go through apps in the order I receive them and either accept or reject.

We also have an investment addendum that I use with offers that allows a buyer to check out a property and reject it for any reason prior to spending the money on a professional inspection.

I completely and fully reject that notion. 

Even if they reject it, your realtor should tell you that. 

A lot of agents hate working with investors because we put in lowball offers, most of which are rejected.

They said they don't know yet if it was rejected or if's it's just slow.

However, I'm also very picky and rejected couple people.

I resubmitted my same bid, and got a rejection back the next day, along with another invitation to submit another bid.  

By law you cannot base your decision to accept or reject a tenant based on whether or not they have a section 8 voucher, or any assistance for that matter.
