After just over a month online, we're excited to say that our Real Estate Article Directory is a huge success! :mrgreen:

BiggerPockets has been transitioning towards combining education for our many users with marketing for those members who have quality content to share. The new push into helping people market has been met with great results!

We just posted the 100th article to the directory today, and the feedback so far has been great. Many of our authors are reporting back with great excitement about the reaction to their work, new leads, and traffic to their websites. We've got 4 people who've already shared over 10 articles.

We've simplified the process for authors, and only articles of the highest quality -- those that meet our standard of excellence -- make it into the directory. Of the 100 articles on site, we've rejected dozens more because they were not up to our standards.

Since launch a month ago, our real estate articles have been viewed well over 40,000 times on the site, and close to 5,000 times on our feeds!
