The listing is probably only getting a small fee to list the property so this drastically increases their money earned, the investor gets a great wholesale fee, and I get the house and a good deal (and get to cherry pick which deals I want).

In reality, I would prefer to pay private money rates on their investment so any of the excess profits after paying out their interest earned are held by the company. how attractive that is for an investor...I don't know.

., The SAFE Act has killed Lonnie Deals, MH dealers are pulling thier hair out with it.The returns can be better, now ask do you really earn the difference...Cheap MHs are full of tenant and maintenance issues, not saying you can't get a good tenant, just saying they are fewer and far between, just don't turn yourself into a slum-lord
