Another thing you may want to keep in mind is that a lot of foreign governments do not recognize an LLC (yet) and therefore can cause unnecessary challenges if you are seeking foreign capital.

Then if you're ever sued, at least you will know that you're working with an Ohio lawyer who setup an Ohio LLC so you'll know you're in good shape.Keep in mind certain states permit certain legal entities and such that other states might not even recognize.

Don't ever use a quit claim in Texas...they're not recognized by title companies here and will cause issues down the line when trying to sell. 3,  The titled owner(s) can transfer some or all of their interest in the property via another deed (special or general warranty deed) which will show how much interest is being conveyed.
