These clogs are not pipe related but rather the tenant flushing of wet wipes and or other products that should be thrown away not flushed.

This is better for the investor and for the country as whole as valuable resources are allocated to highly productive investments not marginal ones.

In FL now it's almost becoming a standard that won't generate much more rent but is a detractor if you don't have granite or quartz (these products are relatively cheap here in FL). 

The tenant becomes disgruntled being in a defective house. 

This bothers me, because I mostly get searches that have some flaws and need a question or two answered.Does anyone out there have an alternative to protitleusa that has a similar product but with some customer service?

No special favors, but I think it helped that he knew I could close.By 1) being honest, 2) proving a quality product, and 3) being a responsive landlord, I was able to find tenants quickly through my network.

Would you mind sharing the credit union that provided this product?

Unless there is a defect in the sale process itself you don't get to have the title searched and examined after the sale and then back out if you don't like it. 

You can even convert a quad into a 2-unit or a 1 unit into a triplex ...as long as the final product is a 1-4 unit residential property.
