No peeling paint, nothing faded or broken, landscaping is attractive and well-maintained?

I wish I would have stuck around for Tony but I just couldn't sit through it any longer it was like watching paint dry. 

Of course good screening can mitigate SOME of this.When my rent was lower, I did things like replace lightbulbs in the hallway, make adjustments to the door closer to keep the door from slamming, installed a new peephole because the door installer painted over it with stain, picking up paper in the yard.

Repair of an appliance, painting a room, replacing a door lock are a few examples.

As any person with young children how well lead paint laws worked out for them in the past 20 years in older areas, virtually impossible for them to get an affordable apartment.

(i'm using a hard money lender)3) Should I buy new cabinets or re-paint it?
