Once a year a qualified backflow certified tech (usually a plumber that has taken the backflow cert class) comes out and makes sure the assembly works properly, signs the form and sends it to the city.

Ya employees living at your property might not be great idea.. especially if it is a single person.I cringed when a maintenance tech or leasing agent wanted to move on site because I knew when things go south they got 2 week notice to vacate and even though they signed that type of agreement when they moved in they never expected to be terminated and have to move that quickly.
