Ya employees living at your property might not be great idea.. especially if it is a single person.I cringed when a maintenance tech or leasing agent wanted to move on site because I knew when things go south they got 2 week notice to vacate and even though they signed that type of agreement when they moved in they never expected to be terminated and have to move that quickly.
